The identity is underpinned by a distinctive neo grotesque typeface with modern proportions and playful forms; bearing reference to Christian’s part Russian heritage but perhaps more direclty to the distorted quality of his sculptural works.
The typographic language born from this largely informed the design and visual journey through the website, where text and images coexist to give context to one another, whilst creating an immersive space to foreground Christian’s multi-disciplinary practice.
